Originally, this sprawling combination of six neighborhoods was intended to have twice as many homes, but that plan was laid to rest by the actions of local area residents when the land was being developed. There are quite a few residential pieces for sale in Blackhawk real estate, many of them with at least the aforementioned price tag. The more exclusive areas, such as Saddleback, have much high price tags, though. This area of Blackhawk real estate has homes that boast up to five acres of land surrounding lavish, luxurious homes.
